• Any additional custom fields the specific event's organizer has added to that event's registration form

We also automatically collect standard technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and access times, for security and troubleshooting purposes.

How we use your information

• To process your event registration and confirm your attendance
• To generate and email your e-ticket and visitor badge, including a barcode used for check-in at the venue
• To verify your identity at the event and track on-site attendance
• To communicate with you about the event you registered for, including confirmations, updates, and responses to your enquiries
• To share your registration details with the organizer of the specific event you registered for, since they need this information to run the event and manage attendee check-in
• To maintain the security of the platform and prevent fraudulent or automated registrations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any event organizer other than the one running the event you actually registered for.

Third-party services we use

A small number of third-party services help us operate the platform:

• Google reCAPTCHA — used on registration forms to prevent automated (bot) submissions. Your interaction with this widget is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• Email delivery provider — used to send registration confirmations and e-tickets to the email address you provide.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the site against cross-site request forgery. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Data security
